Every product on this site — asset packs, material libraries and full courses — is covered by a 7 day money back guarantee, counted from the moment of purchase.

You do not need to explain yourself. If it is not what you expected, ask and you get your money back.

Email contact@3dredboxstudio.com with your order number. That is the whole process.

The refund is issued to the original payment method. Stripe normally returns funds within five working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

When a refund is processed, the licence for that product ends and your access to the download stops: the site no longer issues a link for it, and any link you already have expires within minutes. You are expected to delete any files you downloaded.

Other items on the same order are unaffected — you can refund one course and keep an asset pack.

The guarantee exists to remove risk from a purchase, not to provide free access. We reserve the right to decline repeated requests from the same customer where the pattern makes the intent clear.

In practice this almost never comes up. Nearly everyone who asks for a refund does so because a product was not the right fit, and that is exactly what the policy is for.

As an EU consumer you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right normally ends once the download begins.
