About this pack

Fifteen adobe houses — mud-brick buildings of the kind that stand in North African, Middle Eastern and desert-fantasy settlements, with rendered walls, protruding roof beams and the soft, weathered corners that only sun-dried brick has. Straight geometry and sharp edges are what make a desert village look computer-generated; these are modelled the other way about.

What you get

  • 15 adobe house models
  • Highpoly and lowpoly supplied for each building
  • 4K textures included
  • UVs clean and unwrapped, on channel 1
  • Optimised topology, with polycounts from around 5k
  • FBX with materials embedded
  • Blender (.blend) files with materials assigned
  • A preview render of every model

Fifteen buildings is enough to lay out a village without visible repetition. Vary the rotation, bury a wall in a slope, and a handful of houses becomes a hillside settlement; put the larger ones at the front of a shot and the smaller ones behind and the perspective does the rest. They suit desert RPG towns, historical reconstructions, Silk Road trading posts and post-collapse settlements equally well, because mud brick has never really gone out of use.

The two resolutions matter more than usual on architecture. Buildings are what a player walks past at every distance, so the lowpoly meshes carry the far view at a real-time budget while the highpoly versions hold up when a camera is against the wall. With materials already assigned in both the FBX and the Blender scenes, the set is ready to place the moment it opens.

The UV work is worth noting too. Every building is unwrapped clean on channel 1, and the topology is kept optimised rather than left at whatever the sculpt produced. Architecture is where an unwrapped-by-accident asset costs you most — a wall is large, flat and unforgiving, and stretched texels show on it from across a street. Retexturing a house is an evening; placing one that is already laid out is a minute.

About Game Assets

This aisle is production work, not a demo. The meshes are optimised for real-time budgets, the UVs are packed with proper padding, and the texture sets are 4K PBR with consistent naming so a whole folder can be imported at once.

Tested in Unreal Engine and Unity. Scale, pivots and orientation are all correct on import.
