About this pack

Leather is what rangers, bandits, hunters and everyone who cannot afford plate goes to war in, and it is harder to model convincingly than steel: the panels overlap, the straps pull the material out of shape, and the whole thing has to look cut and stitched rather than cast. These twenty sets solve that once. Each is a complete design with its own panelling, lacing, buckles and stitched edges, built to be dropped onto a character and modified.

What is in the package

  • 20 leather armour sets in FBX and OBJ
  • Clean and editable topology on every piece
  • Triangle counts from 18k to 277k, following the complexity of a design
  • 20 preview renders, one per set
  • Every set unique in cut and form, not a rescaled copy of another

That upper figure is the unusual part of this volume. At 277k triangles a set is not a low-poly prop; it is close to a sculpt, with strap thickness, panel overlap and edge stitching resolved in geometry. For a highpoly bake that is exactly what you want — there is very little left to add before you have a normal map. For real-time use, take the lighter sets, or decimate and reproject a heavy one onto a target of your own.

The practical use is prototyping and prop design. Fit a set to your character, cut what does not suit them, adjust the proportions, and you have a bespoke costume in an afternoon that still reads as one coherent design, because it began as one. Modelled across 3D-Coat, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Mari, Marmoset, Marvelous Designer, Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush and Sculpt+.

Every purchase includes free lifetime updates and a no-questions-asked 7 day money back guarantee.

About Base Meshes

A base mesh exists to delete the boring part of the job. Everything in this aisle is at real-world scale with quad-dominant topology, sensible edge flow and no ngons where they would cause shading errors — ready to sculpt over, kitbash from, or take straight to UVs.
