About this pack

Thirty-seven concrete barrier meshes: the poured, cast and stacked blocks that turn an open street into a controlled one. This is modern and near-future set dressing — checkpoints, roadworks, riot lines, quarantine cordons, military perimeters — and it is the kind of prop a level needs by the dozen, which is the problem a pack of thirty-seven exists to solve.

Every barrier ships at two detail levels with its UVs already unwrapped, so the chipping and the exposed aggregate on the highpoly bake down cleanly onto the mesh that ships. The highpoly is worth having even on a prop this ordinary, because a barrier is very often the thing a player ends up standing directly behind.

What you get

  • 37 concrete barrier meshes
  • FBX, with materials embedded
  • Blender (.blend) files with the material slots assigned
  • A highpoly and a lowpoly for every barrier
  • Clean UVs
  • A preview render of each barrier
  • JPG renders for all models, excluding the presentation renders shown on the poster

Barriers get placed in runs, so variety is the whole value: thirty-seven distinct casts means a two-hundred-metre line can be assembled without a visible tiling pattern, and the damaged ones can be dealt in where the fiction needs something to have gone wrong.

Bring your own maps. A barrier is defined almost entirely by its surface — fresh and clean at a construction site, stained and tagged at a checkpoint that has stood for a year — so one material swap across thirty-seven meshes is what turns a single pack into two locations. The assigned slots in the Blender file make that swap one operation rather than thirty-seven.

Every purchase includes free lifetime updates and a no-questions-asked 7 day money back guarantee.

About Game Assets

This aisle is production work, not a demo. The meshes are optimised for real-time budgets, the UVs are packed with proper padding, and the texture sets are 4K PBR with consistent naming so a whole folder can be imported at once.

Tested in Unreal Engine and Unity. Scale, pivots and orientation are all correct on import.
