Tiers of plank shelving climb behind the counter carrying pottery, stacked bowls, loaves of bread, pineapples and melons, with a blue and cream awning pulled forward over the front. Use it where the camera looks straight into the market: the shelving fills the frame vertically instead of leaving empty air above the counter.

A shelved stall does a job the open counters cannot: it blocks sightlines. Stand two of them back to back down the middle of a street and the market stops being a flat row of tables and starts having depth, alleys and places a character can be hidden behind. The shelves also give you somewhere to put narrative detail at eye level, which is where a player will read it.

Counted over all five stalls, the collection runs to 123 unique meshes dressed by 102 materials and material instances, with 291 texture maps between them; triangle counts sit anywhere from 342 for a single loaf up to 305,698 for a whole roofed structure. Break the shelving off and it works as freestanding storage in a bakery, a cellar or a general store.
